As contract food manufacturer (or co-pack facility) we produce a range of products for premium and gourmet brands that are ranged throughout the National and Independent Retailer Groups across Australia. These products include Fresh Soups, Chowders, Pastes, Jams, Spreads, Sauces, Marinades, Caramels, Chutneys, Spice blends and Rubs.
We focus on producing foods that retain the bespoke and artisan flavours, textures and colours of their creative beginnings yet also ensure the consistency and reliability we all seek in quality products is maintained. As such we offer a range of services to all business sizes covering volumes between 250kg and 2,000kg per day of finished product packaged as required.
Our HACCP certified production facility includes multiple Steam Jacketed Kettles, Blast Chillers, Emulsifiers, Combi Oven, glass filling and labelling line and a fully automated tub filling machine. Our filling sizes range between 60ml and 1lt (recipe and container dependent) and naturally food service options of almost any size are available also.
